Camp Counselors
Counselors are the most essential role - with our training and your heart, you’ll make memories for our campers that can last a lifetime. Counselors will be responsible for managing camper ‘pods’, work in activity areas and help build a thriving community for our campers
Junior Counselors are usually 15 - 18 and are looking to develop new skills in leadership, communication, creativity and collaboration.
Lead Counselors
Our lead counselors are the ones who ‘make it happen’. As someone with a little bit of experience either in camping or somewhere else, we often look to you as the spark plugs to create new games, activities and memories for our campers. In addition, we would expect you to help guide out junior counselors as they learn the ropes.
Lead Counselors are usually 17 - 21 and are looking to hone their leadership skills and take on new responsibilities.

Learn the essential skills to lead and manage teams. Our leadership roles manage our counselors and program staff, write activity plans and support camper and staff well being.
Program Directors
What are you passionate about? At Camp Moraine, we’re always looking for people who want to share their interests and unique ideas with our campers and staff. Maybe you want to help design a new foraging program or teach our Seedling campers new ways to finger paint. Whatever sparks your interest might spark theirs!
